Being Grateful - A meditation

In order to build our positive resolve and keep our spirits up, we will focus on Gratitude this week. We'll start with a meditation. Once again, make sure you have somewhere comfortable to sit or lie, where you can be warm and as undisturbed as it's possible to be in your household! If you have the time to follow straight onto the written activity after the meditation, it flows on very nicely...but it's also absolutely fine to leave it for another day if you prefer. Whilst I am talking practicalities, please don't feel in the slightest bit obliged to do every activity on this course exactly how I have instructed; not everyone will resonate with every aspect of every activity, and it's important at this time to listen to and honour your intuition, so fne tune my instructions and ideas to fit what you need right now....and take as long as you like to do each activity. Even thouigh this is an 8 week course I am going to give you access to it for a whole year!
