Art of Change Together

This is the Art of Change course as a 3 month long group membership option that includes weekly "live" opportunities for sharing and exploring together, plus access to a private Art of Change facebook group.

If you are wanting to find a creative way to explore the challenges and treasures of the transition between menstruation and menopause, and feel you would like to be part of a  supportive group, who are taking this journey together, this option gives you the opportunity to share experiences and receive live support and encouragement every week....and have access to heartful and positive group of women on facebook too. (If you would rather do the course on your own and in your own time please click on the other Art of Change course.

I have called this course "The Art of Change" because my mother was brought up calling the menopause "the Change", and passed that phrase onto me, and because I hope to offer you a way to be comfortable with this change; to learn the "Art" of Change! It’s designed to be a supportive, inspiring and empowering companion....so if you are in the throes of the perimenopause - and particularly if you are finding it a challenging transition; whether physically or emotionally, or both - you are who this course is designed for! The course content is a carefully selected "recipe", developed from activites and material I have been using on the "Art of Change" workshops and in support group I’ve been running in Cornwall for the last 8 years.

In my experience, my peri-menopausal years have been both challenging and enriching. With our hormones as all over the place as they were at puberty, it’s not surprising that a lot of us feel a bit jangly........This time round, though, we do have the advantage of many years more practice in self awareness and skilful communication to draw on, but even so it can take great self-discipline not to fall apart or behave like a teenager!!.

For many of us there’s also a sense of loss at this time; primarily the obvious loss of youth and fertility, but we can simultaneously start to feel a bit lost in ourselves as we realise that who we have become in our adulthood has been defined by our roles of partner, mother and/or worker and that who we are and who we want to be goes beyond the confines of those roles. So this course is designed to help you to create some space and to offer you inspirational ideas and heartful ceremonies that can guide your journey “home” to a new part of yourself that’s more in tune with your heart and soul’s path....it’ll help you to become the empowered, compassionate, passionate, creative woman you were born to be.

I hope, like the lovely women who’ve attended my workshops in Cornwall, you’ll find that this course not only gives you the support you need to stay sane during this time, but also brings plenty of unexpected gifts and discoveries along the way!
