As all my online courses have a weekly meditation element, I thought it would be a good idea to give you a couple of examples of the sort of meditations I offer.
Most of my meditations are a mixture of relaxation techniques and guided visualisation. I used to think I couldn't meditate; my mind was way too busy, and I wasn't very good at sitting still either, but as I've got older I have come to understand the value of stillness and reflection, and have discovered ways to quieten my mind, and tricks to getting off the hamster wheel of busy-ness that I often find myself on! I'm hoping, therefore, that these meditations will offer even the most sceptical of you a way to access your inner calm; a safe and quiet place within yourself where you can find nourishment and healing, and from which you can make healthier choices and take inspired action.
