Terms Of Service

Terms and Conditions

In the interest of clarity and respect, we have outlined below terms and conditions that apply to use of information and products you have access to on this site. By using our services you agree to our terms and conditions.

Online courses

Payment
Payment for your course will be taken through PayPal. If you are unable to use this please use the contact form to arrange alternative access to courses. Access to course material will not be granted until the payment has been processed in full. Every effort is made to ensure this is no more than two complete working days. If you have not been given access to course material within three working days, please contact us using the contact form on the website. Please also be sure to check your spam folder for any notification emails after signing up - some services, especially Hotmail, may miscategorise emails from new senders. With Hotmall, Outlook, or Live email address accounts you may need to go to >Settings >Mail >Junk Email >Safe Senders and Domains and add heartandsoulcraft.com as a trusted domain to be sure of receiving emails from us.

Cancellations
You may have the right to cancel your contract within a period of seven working days (the cancellation period) from the day of purchase. Exceptions to this are when the course has been accessed or the materials downloaded. This right of cancellation shall not affect your statutory rights.Should you wish to exercise this right of cancellation please use the contact form on the website. No refunds will be made if you cancel within seven working days but have accessed the course or downloaded course materials. You will not be able to cancel an order for any part of the course once it has been accessed. The course will be deemed to have been “accessed” when the relevant online course has been accessed by you, or any associated materials are loaded or viewed by someone utilising your account.

Unforeseen circumstances
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to access the course or delay in the performance of the course that is caused by an event beyond our control, including but not limited to server failures, software failures, industrial action, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, server or website maintenance.
We try to ensure that our website is always available for you. In the event that our website is unavailable at any time and for any period (for whatever reason) we shall not be liable even if this means you cannot access your course during that period. Where this significantly impacts on your ability to complete the course on time we will endeavour to extend your access to the course beyond the stated end date.
