Week 6 Introduction; Asking for Help

Having spent some time over the last week looking at what you need to be open to receiving in terms of support and nourishment at this time, this week we will focus on the act or practice of asking for help; both from others and also in “prayer”.

We will start with an activity to clarify what you need or want to ask for, and any blocks or doubts you are experiencing around asking for help from others, then we will explore what the practice of prayer can bring to us, and use a simple prayer meditation to ask for help for yourself, for others and for the planet.

Finally I will offer a creative project you can play with to support the practice of prayerfulness.
