What I like and treasure about myself

During this course I will invite you to do a weekly activity which is linked to the guided visualisation. These activities are designed to bring you "home" to yourself; to help you to access the very best way of being you at this time, no matter what life is throwing at you. There's no hurry....take as long as you like to complete these activites. You may find that you'll get more out of them if you re-vsit them a few weeks down the line because once you start out on this sort of a journey you are likely to become more and more in tune with who you are at your core, and new insights will pop up regularly as this process of unfolding happens.

You can print this activity off if you like...or just write the questions in your journal/notebook if you'd rather.
